Terms and Conditions for Runway Models – Stylemhan Fashion Show

  1. Eligibility
    • All models must be from 18 years and above.
    • Participants must be in good physical condition, and capable of walking and standing for extended periods.
    • All applicants must provide accurate personal details and contact information during registration.
  1. Commitment and Attendance
    • Selected models are required to attend all fittings, rehearsals, and promotional events as scheduled.
    • Tardiness or absence without prior notice may lead to disqualification or replacement.
    • Models are expected to arrive on time and remain available for the full duration of the event.
  1. Conduct and Professionalism
    • Models must maintain professionalism at all times throughout the event.
    • No disruptive behavior, alcohol, drugs, or abusive language will be tolerated.
    • Models must follow the instructions of show coordinators, designers, and choreographers.
  1. Dress Code and Styling
    • All wardrobe, makeup, and styling decisions are at the discretion of the designers and show coordinators.
    • Models may not refuse to wear a garment unless it violates personal, religious, or legal boundaries.
    • Models must not make unauthorized alterations to any garments or styling.
  1. Media Release
    • By participating, models grant Stylemhan Fashion Show and its affiliates the right to use their name, image, videos, and photographs taken during the event for promotional and commercial purposes.
    • Models will not receive additional compensation for use of media coverage.
  1. Compensation (if applicable)
    • Compensation (if offered) will be specified during the registration or contract stage.
    • Any reimbursements or payments will be made after the successful completion of the event and in accordance with the agreed terms.
  1. Liability
    • The organizers are not responsible for personal injuries, lost/stolen items, or damages during the event.
    • All models participate at their own risk and are encouraged to have personal insurance.
    • The organizers will only make first aid available, for injuries incurred during the course of the event/rehearsals.
  1. Disqualification

Failure to comply with any of the above terms may result in immediate disqualification and removal from the show without notice.

  1. Agreement

By signing or submitting the registration form, the model agrees to abide by these terms and conditions and acknowledges that they have read and understood them fully.
